About Us
Our mission is to support and partner with local churches to enable every child in North London to have the opportunity to hear stories from the Bible that are a part of our heritage and culture and to understand and make informed choices about Christian beliefs. We facilitate churches and schools to build links that build stronger communities and support schools through assemblies, lunch and after school clubs, RE lessons and more!
We are a registered charity that began in 1990 when churches in North London established Pathway to provide Christian education through after-school Bible clubs for children. The work has grown and Pathway now works in around 60 schools and churches across Enfield, Barnet and Haringey, presenting Bible stories in a fun, exciting and relevant way to at least 10,000 primary-school age children every term.
Our gifted and experienced team are local people, often from the church in the school’s immediate community, who Pathway vet, train and resource to deliver assemblies, clubs and RE lessons of a high standard that are sensitive to the multi-cultural character of most communities.
We have moved!
You are invited to drop in and visit our new Pathway Children’s Ministry Resource Centre on Thursday 14 November between 10am-12pm to see our props, costumes and resources available to borrow. Enjoy some brunch and meet the team as well.
We moved from our office at Trinity Church, Nether Street, N12 7NN in July, and our new base is Gospel Hall, East Lodge Lane, EN2 8AS.
Our other contact details remain the same.
