Meet the team
Darren Chubb, Pathway Team Leader Darren has been Team Leader at Pathway since 2002, and has been involved in youth and children's work for much longer. Daren enjoyes playing video games, selling stuff on ebay and cooking.
Mick Le Baigue, Associate Mick is one of the leaders of Chase Fellowship, Enfield and he is involved in the children's work. He and his wife Mary run camps in Eastern Europe and Uganda. Mick is also involved in the running of after school clubs, lessons, and assemblies especially in Enfield. They have 2 grown up daughters.
Niki Evans, Associate Niki has been on the pathway team for some time. She's a member of Grace church Muswell Hill and also a part time schools worker in the area. Niki does assemblies, Bible Explorer lessons, holiday clubs, and after school clubs. She is married to Mark and they have 3 children.
Peter Kennelly, Associate Peter has been full time in pastoral ministries and now working for Open-Air Campaigners with an aim of ‘preaching Christ by all means, everywhere’. He's involved in schools doing assemblies, and Bible Explorer lessons. Married to Alison, they have 3 children.
Ernest Picton Associate Ernest lives in new Southgate with his wife Heather. He is involved in many different activities. At Pathway he teaches Bible Explorer and participates in after school clubs. He enjoys travelling and seeing the world.
Pippa Cant, Administrator Pippa’s job is the day-to-day running of the office. This includes assisting Darren, and producing publications and visual aids for Pathway’s work. She is married to Gary & has 2 children, they all attend Chase Fellowship Church in Enfield.
Nick Mitchell Associate Nick Mitchell is Youth Minister at Edmonton Baptist Church. Before he came to London he studied for 2 years at All Nations Bible College and worked with Youth For Christ in East London. He loves bacon butties and a nice cup of tea.
Adele Fleming Associate Adele is Youth and Children’s Director at International Gospel Church in Burnt Oak.. She is principally involved in the schools in the Edgware area. Her home town is Liverpool. She hates feet and sugar paper, her favourite food is peanut butter on toast.
Neil Roper Associate Neil is the Area Worker for Crusaders in North London. He grew up in the area, and worships at Enfield Baptist Church where his wife Amanda is Youth Worker. He has an extensive record collection and is a bit of a DJ!
Caroline Rogers Associate After completing the Children and Youth Ministry Training course at Oak Hill Theological Collage, Caroline became the Children and Youth Minister at Muswell Hill Baptist Church. She loves eating chocolate and pizza. She has a teenage daughter.	Awaiting Picture
Kev Nash Associate Kev completed a ‘year out’ with Pathway on 2001-2002. After completing a Children Nursing Course he became the Children and Youth Worker at St Cuthbert’s Church in Wood Green. He has recently come back to Pathway as an associate.
